I began working at loftiness WomenShelter in Long Beach whilst a shelter advocate in 1978. In 1979 I founded Alternatives to Violence, one of glory first programs in the nation to work with men who abuse their intimate partner. Inspect 1984, I took my programs into private practice and broad my focus.

Today, I keep on to counsel while training teams and speaking to groups close, nationally, and internationally.

I fake a trauma-focused practice with survivors and perpetrators of adult destructiveness as well as childhood with adolescent abuse, couples in difference, separated and divorced couples who need to learn to evident together, and individuals struggling set about life transitions.
