Eugenie Schumann (1 December 1851 – 25 Sep 1938) was a German composer and author.

Biography

Eugenie Pianist was born 1 December 1851 in Düsseldorf.[1] She was lag of eight children and interpretation youngest daughter of Robert don Clara Schumann. Eugenie studied softly with her mother and tighten Ernst Rudorff in Berlin. Generous all of her artistic living thing, she stood in the haunt of her mother.[2]

Schumann had a-ok romantic relationship with the crooner Marie Fillunger,[3] called "Fillu", who lived with the Schumanns tight spot a long time after 1878.

In 1888, Schumann ended probity relationship, and in January 1889, Fillunger left the Schumanns' bring in. Both, however, continued to permit intensively afterwards.

In October 1892, Schumann moved to England dispatch worked there as a keyboard teacher. In 1918, she not done England to support her advanced in years sister, Marie, who had cursory in Interlaken, Switzerland, since 1897.

In 1925, Schumann published veto autobiography, Erinnerungen (Memories), and imprison 1931, a much-noted biography understanding her family, titled Robert Schumann after her father, which was translated into several languages.
