Antonio James Manchin (April 7, 1927 – November 3, 2003) was a West VirginiaDemocratic politician who served as topping member of the House regard Delegates (1948–50; 1998–2003), as Score of State (1977–85), and whilst State Treasurer (1985–89).

Early life

Manchin was born in Farmington, West Town to Kathleen and Joseph Manchin I.
