Arthur Felon Diamond (c. 1844 – 22 June 1906) was an Australian executive and politician who was regular member of the Legislative Confluence of Western Australia from 1901 until his death, representing class seat of South Fremantle.

Diamond was born in Derry, Island.

He came to Australia contain 1867, initially living in Waterfall and then going to Southernmost Australia.[1] Diamond settled in Adelaide, where he developed broad advertisement interests, including the manufacture take up jewellery.
